Remote Teaching – Continuing Pupils’ Learning
Following government guidelines, Stockport Grammar Junior and Senior Schools moved to remote learning from the start of the Spring Term. All our Pre-Reception children can still be taught in school and we are delighted to see them each day as well as a small number of Junior and Senior pupils whose parents are key workers.

Our SGS Sixth Form Virtual Open Event is now live! Due to the current Government guidelines we are of course unable to host the Sixth Form Open Event in its traditional format, so in its place all of our A-level departments have filmed presentations to provide you with detailed information on their subjects.

Catalogue showcases wonderful work of artists
In response to the coronavirus pandemic cancelling the annual Art and Design Exhibition, the department wanted to ensure that the effort, determination, application and skill demonstrated by our GCSE and A-level students was recognised. They have done this by collating many of the fantastic pieces of artwork into an excellent catalogue.

Welcome to the Autumn Term!
This week we were delighted to welcome back all of our pupils for the start of the 2020/2021 academic year. The Senior School First Years, Fifth Year and Upper Sixth arrived first, starting their studies on Wednesday, a day before the official start of term.
