Visit the Junior School and Nursery

We offer a number of ways to visit and experience life in the Junior School and Nursery – these include individual tours and open events. We look forward to welcoming you to see how we inspire every child and create a lifetime of opportunity.

Tours

We would be delighted to take you on an individual family school day tour. Appointment bookings can be made by contacting the Head’s PA Miss Andrea Mariet at marieta@stockportgrammar.co.uk or calling 0161 419 2405.

Open Events

Our open events are designed to show you and your family important aspects of life at Stockport Grammar Junior School.

You will also be able to see how our latest projects, a new purpose built Nursery classroom and additional outdoor play and learning spaces, create a sense of adventure and exploration for our pupils.

On Saturday 3rd October 2026 we are holding an Open Event. You can either book onto the Nursery and Reception event or the Years 3 and 4 event.

For further information about open events, please contact Miss Mariet.

Stockport Grammar Junior School is a vibrant and engaging environment for children to flourish. To get a taste of the activities that inspire the children, explore the Junior section of our website and follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
