Music Festival ends concert season on a high note
The 2026 Music Festival gave the school community an opportunity to recognise the dedication and hard work of our amazing musicians.
Adjudicator Mr Simon Mercer had the difficult job of judging the pieces put together by our pupils.

Some of the pieces performed this year included songs from musicals such as ‘Wicked’, ‘Aladdin’, and ‘Les Miserables’, opera, multiple concertos and even a flute piece that sounded like whales!

Mr Mercer proclaimed that he was “blown away” by the talent on show and affirmed that it was difficult to judge as the quality was so high!
