This year’s musical performance is ‘Sister Act’ and we are thrilled to be putting on four spectacular performances of the hit musical!

In the show, disco diva Deloris is placed under protective custody in a convent after witnessing a murder. Encouraged to help the struggling choir, she helps her fellow sisters find their true voices as she unexpectedly rediscovers her own.

Members of the SGS community, as well as prospective parents and pupils, are invited to book tickets as soon as possible to secure their seat for what promises to be an unforgettable show.

The performances, which start at 7pm and take place in the Main Hall, are on Wednesday 26th, Thursday 27th, Friday 28th and Saturday 29th March.

The shows, featuring original music by Tony and Oscar winner Alan Menken and songs inspired by Motown, soul and disco, includes pupils of all ages in a joyful and exhilarating spectacle of music, drama and dance.

It will be performed by a large cast of nearly 60 pupils and accompanied by a 12-piece orchestra, including Senior pupils, staff and other professional musicians. Many additional pupils will assist in a variety of backstage roles.

Tickets can be purchased on Wisepay. SGS parents should access WisePay from their Parent Portal accounts and proceed to the Ticket and Event Bookings area.
